Africa Mutual Funds Corporation, a Texas-based mutual funds company, was formed to invest in listed companies on nine stock markets in Africa (Egypt, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Kenya, Mauritius, Morocco, Namibia, Nigeria and South Africa) whether operating in Africa or not.  This initiative followed several years of research into the operations and performances of various mutual funds targeting companies operating in Asia and Latin America which were set up to encourage investments in those particular regions of the world.   Like the mentioned mutual funds, Africa Mutual seeks to direct capital  inflow to listed companies of various Stock Markets in Africa while generating income and capital growth for our investors.

Following the Global Financial crisis of 2008, Africa Mutual Funds leveraged on the opportunities provided by the challenging times to add Consulting Services in the areas of Energy, Forensic Accounting, Operations Management and Investment Banking to its portfolio of services.
