UTILITY AND CONSTRUCTION FUND

Investment Objective

The investment objective of Africa Mutual Funds Corporation Utility Fund is to provide investors with a stable monthly dividend stream and capital appreciation potential through the investment in a diversified portfolio of high quality common stock of selected utility companies operating in Africa.

Principal Strategies

The Fund invests in small, medium and large caps utility and construction companies  listed on the Africa Stock Exchanges.  Under normal market conditions, at least 50% of the Fund's assets will be invested in a diversified portfolio of common stocks of established utility – power generating companies, railroad and transportation sector and construction companies operating on the continent of Africa or companies that are doing genuine businesses in Africa that the Fund's portfolio managers believe have long-term growth potential.

50% of the fund will be invested in the heavy duty construction and housing construction companies in which the fund’s manager believes has the potential to yield long term growth.

Minimum Purchase: $100.00   Subsequent:  $50.00 monthly
